Return and Shipping Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To qualify for a return or exchange:
(i) the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it,
(ii) the item must have its original packaging,
(iii) if the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement based on an exchange request. Certain categories of products or items may be exempted from returns or refunds, and such categories will be identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return or exchange requests, once your returned product or item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved after our quality check, your request (return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed to your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If any shipping costs are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, they are not refundable.
